Our Vision

Purpose Statement
Our purpose is the reason we exist: “ Loving God, Equipping People, Impacting our World for Christ ”

Loving God
God has created us to have a personal relationship with Him. Jesus said that the Greatest Commandment is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.” (Mark 12:29-30).

Our love for God will be seen in our obedience to Jesus (John 14:15) as we live to please Him. This love for God will overflow from within our hearts and will bring about unity in the church (1 John 4:20-21). Therefore, our faith is primarily relational; firstly with God and then with other people.

Equipping People
God doesn’t want people just to relate to Him. He wants us to live for Him. He has given us everything we need to live a godly life, which pleases Him (2 Peter 1:3). Jesus gives the Church various gifts and ministries to equip His people to do his will (Ephesians 4:11-12).

Impacting our World for Christ
Jesus’ plan for all His disciples is to “go into the world and make disciples” (Matthew 28:18-20). This also fulfils His second Greatest Command to “love your neighbour as yourself” (Mark 12: 31).
