Hi there!
Good leadership is vital to any organisation. At ECF we are committed to encourage everyone to become a leader of others as as we follow Jesus' command to 'make disciples.' Jennifer and I are so grateful for the wonderful leadership God has given us. Each one of our Leadership Team has been tried and tested. We love to get together to seek the Lord's will for the church and to work through the challenges we encounter on the way. This unity overflows into our own cell groups and then into the other church cells. Each cell leader is committed to the Lord's plans for us and they have a heart to encourage their cell members to be all they can for God.
At the moment over 50 people attend Equipped To Serve, our leadership training programme. Leaders and 'soon to be leaders' come together once a week for training, inspiration and teaching.
