Elim Christian Fellowship subscribes to a high standard of accountability and stewardship. We are part of the Elim Pentecostal Church, a not-for-profit organization governed by a National Leadership Team. Within our church, the Leadership Team is responsible for the management of all the affairs of the church.
This is outworked through regular meetings. The office-bearers are the Chairman (Senior Pastor), the Treasurer and the Secretary. The Church's financial records and systems are audited annually by an independent accountant and checked by Elim International Offices Finance Department.
Strict internal controls are applied including: two cheque signatories are required for all payments; all money received must be counted by at least two people; church ministries work to a budget set by the Elders; all significant purchases are tendered for competitive pricing. The financial plans of Elim Christian Fellowship are prepared with a spirit of faith and careful planning.
