The church was served by 5 different pastors before John Seaman succeeded Eric Garner in 1980. The church moved to its present property having outgrown the building in Wellmeadow Street. They purchased the building from the Paisley Gazette newspaper and after 6 months of major renovation work, the building was opened on 11 December 1993.

Since 2003, the church has gone through major change, developing a ‘cell based structure’ as well as a ‘discipleship track’ which allows Christians to grow from new believers into cell leaders.
